Every Real Estate Investor should understand the implications for their properties from the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017, which is effective for the 2018 Tax Year.

-         The impact of the new law on Residential and Commercial Real Estate.

-         Possible Limitations on the Deductibility of Mortgage Interest.

-         The new Qualified Business Deduction of up to 20% and how it affects rental properties.

           from Real Estate Investments.

-         Planning ideas, using both old and new rules
